Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek

I consider this book to be Sinek’s redemption for ‘Start with Why.’ I’m a huge fan of his presentations/videos, but ‘Start With Why’ felt lacking; it was a great presentation-length idea that had been stretched out into a mediocre book and which suffered from serious survivorship bias.
‘Leaders Eat Last,’ however, doesn’t have those problems. It has the right denseness-to-fluff ratio to make it both compelling and valuable, and it introduces new ideas and examples that are right for a book-length project (rather than a presentation).
I’m adding this to my personal (as well as my company’s) library.
