Nagle definitely has a slant and has trouble not showing it at times, but overall this was an even-handed summary of the online culture war(s) in the past decade. Often, she succeeds in the difficult balance between recognize nuance in complicated situations without giving carte blanche to those who are in those situations. (In short: she doesn’t confuse ‘reason’ and ‘excuse.’)
