I’m in year 15 of being based out of Providence, RI with Sarah (my wife) and Liam (my son). We’ve been in our new home since late-2019 and are well into the “little” upgrades phase (next up: building a deck and some minor foundation work).
I’m currently the Director of Human Resources at LifeCanvas Technologies – a 30-person, Cambridge-based biotech startup in the 3D tissue imaging and research space.
When I’m not at work, I divide my time up evenly between audiobooks, podcasts, the occasional D&D game, and performing some barbershop.
Liam has just moved on to middle school (which is utterly bananas) and is into drawing, bicycling, and animated musicals. During COVID, he discovered YouTube (sadly) and video games (happily), so he and I occasionally while away the hours playing Minecraft or Pokemon or Among Us.
Sarah is busy being the social chair of her circle of friends and, lately, has been getting very into gardening.
We got two kittens (Charlie and Minnie) for Christmas, so we’re up to 5 pets around the house. It’s wild in here (but super fluffy and adorable)!
